What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel free for any reason up to 24 hours before your tour for a 100% refund.

Where do guests meet for tour departure?

We meet at Nassau Yacht Haven Marina.  Tell the taxi driver to go to the Poop Deck East Bay Restaurant (the marina shares the same parking lot, make sure to emphasize East Bay as there are two restaurants with the same name).  We will meet you in the parking lot at Poop Deck East Bay, please arrive at least 5 minutes before stated time of tour.

How much time do we get to Snorkel and relax on the Rose Island tours?

It takes about 45 minutes to sail to Rose Island each direction, the remainder of the time will be relaxing on the beach or snorkeling.  Swimming with turtles is just north of Rose Island at Green Cay (a beautiful island with a small beach surrounded by turtles).

Are service animals allowed on the tour?

For the safety and comfort of our guests and our fury friends we do not allow any animals on the tour.

How big is the sailboat?

The sailboat is a magnificent Catalina 27 (27 feet in length) which can easily hold 8 customers with space to spread out either up on deck or back by the captain.  Customers can sit anywhere on the boat they would like including the cockpit (seating area by the captain), up on top of the deck in the front on the bow, or down below in the cabin.  Plenty of room for everyone!



What is provided related to food and drink?

On all tours we provide bottled water and fruit punch.  On the Full-day tours lunch is also provided.  Please specify any dietary restrictions or preferences at time of booking.

Are there bathrooms on board?

Yes, it has a bathroom.

What if I usually get seasick on a boat:

We understand that not everyone is made out to be a sailor, however the waters in and around Nassau are very protected. Our experience has shown that any queasiness that you may have initially quickly gives way to the excitement of sailing on Nassau Harbor.

We always have the safety of our passengers and crew at heart so if we deem that on the odd occasion that it is too rough to go out, we will cancel. We leave it to the discretion of the captain regarding the weather once we leave the dock. Cancellations due to weather are refunded 100% regardless of time before departure.

Terms and Conditions

Refund policy: We refund 100% if you cancel within 24 hours of the time your tour departs.  If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice then you will receive no refund.


Cancellations due to weather: If a tour is cancelled due to weather a full 100% refund will be provided.

Cancellations due to other circumstances: If a tour is cancelled for other reasons (such as repairs happening on the boat that day) a full 100% refund will be provided

No shows: If you do not show up to the tour or are more than 15 minutes late the captain will attempt to contact you and if unable to contact you the captain will need to leave and you will not be issued a refund.  Please keep in contact with us if you are going to be late for any reason and we will do our best to accomodate.

Effects of an Event of Force Majeure: Either Party shall be excused from performance and shall not be in default in respect of any obligation hereunder to the extent that the failure to perform such obligation is due to a Natural Force Majeure Event.  Though in this event we will still provide a full refund if the tour is unable to operate.

Privacy Policy

We will not sell your information nor do we store your credit card information.  We do all transactions through reputable 3rd party companies such as PayPal, Square, etc. to do transactions and do not have visibility to credit card information.  All information we do have visibility to (name, phone number, email address) will only be used for purposes intended for tour activities used solely by this company.  We will keep all information private.
